BHA Toner at a higher concentration

Hi, I'd love to see a significantly higher concentration for the BHA Toner. 
My skin likes the 2% but it's pretty hardy and can handle higher concentrations for more effective exfoliation, etc. It's nice to find a BHA Toner that doesn't contain alcohol.
