Which ones would you eliminate?

Ok, wierd question I know. I am a newbie, and just got my sample kit. I am loving this stuff so far

. Aside from foundation, I went a little overboard and added a ton of stuff to my cart. So now I can't possibly afford it. I am hoping to get some input about which products to get rid of. Maybe some things are real simiar and I don't need 2 of them? Also, did any of these turn out to be not what you expected, I am just going off the pictures on the website, but I know those can sometimes be misleading. For refrence I am fair with golden undertones, and I have green eyes(so I love green eyeshadow as you can see).
Also, I was going to get the Warm Gold kit because I think that is my color, but adding a little Buttery Gold may make it a little more perfect, so that's why I have the sample of that too. And I was going to get the samples of heavy coverage and yellow booster to make up a batch of heavier coverage foundation with a little more yellow, so I can use it for undereye concealer.
Also, since I am new here I don't really know all the ins and out yet, are there sales and discounts that happen? Cauz if there are maybe I should wait for a sale?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Oxana

It's all too tempting, eh
My first thought was that this photo from Jen's swatch thread might help:
Gold Blush and Precious are very similar. Gold Blush is a no-brainer but it's so similar to Precious that you might not need both if you're watching your budget. You can't go wrong with either, but Precious is particularly pretty.
I'm not a fan of Berry Crush as I find it too heavily pigmented and too much gold shimmer to the point of looking frosted on me. The colour is great, but on my personal style, I find it looks 'heavy-handed'.
Sprite is lovely. It's a white-clear base powder with a white and white gold shimmer which transforms anything if layered over the top. It's a close cousin of Fire - same but slightly warmer coppery gold. If you like to add 'a little something' to enhance your eyeshadows but without reaching for glitter, this is great and that touch of shimmer. It's no so much a highlighter, more a finish-transformer to give an extra texture of shimmer to the look.
Crystal, Tempt Tryst - yeah, both superb. Liberty - ahh I love Liberty and as much as it pains me, if you're looking to cut costs, I'd ditch this in favour of Tempt Tryst while you're still at the experimenting stage just now. But do get both sooner or later. Likewise Date Bait - a good complexion enhancer but not as close to the top of the list for your skin tone.
Pixie - reminds me of EDM EcoFriendly. Grassroots Green and Charmed I don't own as greens don't flatter me.
Have you found your foundation match yet? I have a hunch that you'd be a Buttery Gold blend rather than a Warm Gold blend which tends slightly more towards the olivey-gold range without being true olive. A sample bag of BG or WG will last you through a good few f/s foundation bags, several months worth, so maybe that'd save a few dollars? I am not sure of my facts here but if you're thinking that you might need the yellow colour booster to add a more golden tone to your foundation, you may indeed need the Buttery Gold rather than the Warm Gold as BG is the yellower of the two. That's what's making me think BG not WG. Jen would give the definitive advice on that score though.
Great choices overall, but I'd encourage you to get more advice about the foundation choices. If you save money there, you can have more of the fun colours instead!

Forgot to say re. undereye concealer, I wouldn't recommend using the heavy ivory foundation for that. Although you certainly can, I find it too powdery-dry for undereyes. It took me ages to get around to it because I thought they'd be the wrong colour, but when I bought the Sleep In A Jar eye-area concealers, I never looked back.
Yellow SIAJ is a wonder. It doubles as a replacement for EDM Sunlight but kicks the blue right away from dark undereyes. I use Extra Light Peach right up to the lower lash lines and the texture is superb. It's a lightweight powder so at first it doesn't make you confident that it'll conceal effectively, but it really does work. Then a light dust over of foundation as you apply that afterwards and you're all set.
... and if you DO need more yellow, a sample of Yellow SIAJ on hand to dust over your trial foundation blend will give a hint to help you know if you need the yellow booster. It's really versatile.

Thank you so much, that was so helpful! Those 2 lippies are so similar, I think I will just get Precious, that way I can always wear it more sheer and it will look like Gold Blush. I can also get rid of Berry Crush, since you say it goes on heavy I think I will not like it, the color is so so pretty, but I don’t wear lipstick, so if this is like lipstick I probably don’t need it, maybe later. Oh, what do you think of the Foreplay lippie?
Sounds good about Liberty, Temp Tryst is cheaper anyways. I have so many other perfecting powders in my cart I think I can do without that one for now.
I have Eco Friendly in EDM, and I actually don’t find myself wearing it much. It’s too blue, I do better with yellow greens than blue greens. Pixie looked like a really iridescent color, and while it is real pretty, I think I can eliminate it for now.
I mixed up a batch with both BG and WG. The BG only took 9 Ivory, while the WG needed 12 Ivory (I am using the original formula in the Ivory). I wore the WG today and it looked pretty good, maybe a little dark, but that could just be because my current foundation is a tad light for me, so this just looked darker than my current foundation that I am used to, but it might of actually been a real good match. The BG mix I haven’t worn yet, it seemed a tad yellow though, but I will wear it tomorrow to get a better idea of how it looks full face.
If my little BG and WG samples will last me a while (I only used 1 scoop of each so far), maybe it makes sense to only get the Ivory for now instead of the kit. I won’t get the jar or the perfecting powder like in the kit, but I can probably manage to find an empty jar.
I was only getting the yellow color booster because I was going to make my own endereye concealer, but I can probably just use BG since that is pretty yellow, and just make it a little lighter than my normal shade. I do have the Sunlight concealer from EDM, but I find that the Aussie Perk Me Up one works better for me. I am going to use the Glow Ivory(which I already have a sample of) to mix up the undereye concealer, I think that will make it all glowy like the Aussie Perk Me Up is.
Not sure if I need the Heavy Coverage sample, is it worth to get to mix up a batch for concealing blemishes? I currently use a heavier formula for concealing, and then a really light coverage formula all over, that’s what tends to work best for me.
Hurray! I am down to $35.20!
Oooh, I just saw for every $30 you get an eyeshadow of your choice!!!! Is this limited time? If so, when does it expire? If I can do this, I will save another $4!

LIPPIES: I agree on the gold blush/precious decision, they are very similar. Berry crush is more of a gold metallic sheen and it is on the heavier/more opaque side of application. Foreplay is on the peachier side where the others are more pink.
SHADOWS:
*yes, you always get a free eyeshadow of your choice for every $30 you spend. It does not have an expiration date.
In the greens... I can only tell you how they apply since they ARE all different shades of green.
Pixie- very sheer mint green highlighter. Unless you foil, this doesn't have the color payoff for a one color eye. It is a beautiful highlighter.
Charmed- Pretty green apple shimmer. Again, the color payoff isn't extreme on this one but unlike pixie, it will still show well for a one-color eye and I really love it.
Spa- understated sage. The color payoff is in the same realm as charmed but more subdued pastel. If I were on a budget, I'd save this one for later.
Grassroots- I consider this the truest green of all the shadows. It is darker- more of a crease/liner color. It is trully beautiful and since you clearly like green- i think you'll be happy with it.
Sprite- really is gorgeous. The perfect golden sheen- it reminds me exactly of sprite soda, sort of sheer and shimmering like carbonated eyeshadow.
POWDERS:
I agree that the heavy coverage fdt is a bit too heavy for the eye area IMO. I never did manage to replace EDM sunlight with SN's Sleep-in-a-jar but it's worth a try. Since you're on the warmer side of skintones, i suggest you skip on the date bait- it was always much too pink for us warmer gals. Tempt Tryst is a beautiful alternative to date bait.

Hi Oxana,
if you love greens, I would also suggest Gator Gold and Groove. They are most certainly more yellow-green than blue-green. My eyes are hazel, and both really bring out the green in them.
And you MUST get a sample of the Zinc Powder. It makes a perfect primer!

Thanks everyone for your help! Doing much better in terms of how affordable my cart is now
Just an update on my color, above I said 1 BG to 9 Ivory, but I wore that today and it was way too dark, oops. So now it is 1 BG to 12 Ivory, will wear that tomorrow and see how that looks. Then, I will test out the WG to see how that looks comparatively.

What do you like about the Zinc powder and how do you use it? It sounds interesting, I heard zinc is good for acne, that would be nice.
