Yellow Colour Booster

I'm noticing some redness coming back into my skin with the colder weather and my temporary lack of Super Serum (amazing stuff). I used to colour correct with EDM's Sunlight. I tried the SN Yellow Sleep In A Jar for undereyes which was great for undereyes, but not heavy enough, or perhaps I should say not thick / opaque enough for my cheeks and chin redness patches. I mixed it with the green Unblush (nice) but it wore off through the day. Green alone was too strong and left a grey cast.

Do you reckon that if I get some Yellow Foundation Colour Booster and mixed it with some Heavy Ivory and a dash of extra Silk Powder (my skin loves it for radiance), do you think that'd do for a winter-proofing foundation undercoat? I'm using Buttery Gold and a bucket of Medium Ivory at the moment for coverage and with the weather, it's not quite enough. Ta.

Probably a combination of yellow booster and unblush would be about right. I mix mine right into my foundation but you could certainly make a special concealer blend.

Hi Cupcake...

I think you could always give the Heavy Foundation and Yellow Color Booster a try. If you found you could not use it in that form, you could always use them in some other mix since you are a Buttery. The addition of Silk Powder will lighten the coverage a little. If it is still a little too heavy, the Ultra Sheer Zinc will lighten coverage a little more. The Yellow can be used to tint your primers, too, if you use them.
