products for folliculitis?

I think I might have folliculitis on my neck. Does anybody know which skin care products would be best for this?

i don't know about skincare products themselves for folliculitis--i'm thinking anything with anti-inflammatory/soothing effects (like green tea and aloe or oatmeal serum?)--
but if it is true folliculitis (i.e., a bacterial infection of the hair follicle) you need to see your dr to get antibiotics to treat the infection. He/she will likely prescribe an oral antibiotic and maybe a topical one as well.
