How about a sunscreen base that contains both zinc oxide and titanium dioxide? Offer an untinted version for those who want to customize their shades and a few lightly tinted versions for those too lazy to do it themselves. I know small MMU companies that offer such products can't afford the costly SPF rating process to slap a number on their product, but I also know there's research out there that estimates, based on the percentage of ZO and TD, what the SPF is likely to be.

The closest thing we have is the Sheer Zinc powder- the most zinc and titanium dioxide that the FDA allows in a sunscreen formula, but no formal SPF rating. You can tint it, dilute it with Perfecting Powder- pretty much whatever you'd like.

Oops, I didn't realize that it had TD as well. The product name threw me off. Thanks Karen!
A supplemental question: are there any other ingredients besides ZO and TD? The product description lists those 2 at 25% each, so what else makes up the other 50%?
