I received my order (#11250) last Thurs and discovered that the oil control serum is missing from the package. My sample size is running low is I would like to have it sent soon. It is really disappointing to wait so long for an overseas package and find out that the item that you long to have is missing.
I hate to bring this topic up here, but I have not heard from SN and I wonder if my emails got through. Hope to get some answers. Thank you.

It's just after the long weekend for the American's Independence Day celebrations, so I'd imagine that there could be an email backlog. Sorry to hear of your problem, hope it gets fixed quickly (I'm certain it would).

The shop was closed Friday for a Holiday and we generally don't answer emails over the weekend. I am sure they will take care of your missing item and get it out to you promptly!

That's one thing I have always liked about SN and Karen, they are very reliable and extremely drama free! Unlike other companies I have purchased from in the past where there are always issues (Jen knows what I am referring to) LOL
