Hello ladies, I just received my order from Silk Naturals and I'm really looking forward starting the mix of my foundation. But could you help me out with the color I need to use ? so many thanks !

Hello dan and Welcome to the forum.

Lovely pic! I really think you will be an Ebony because I don't see much in the way of yellow or olive in your skintone. It will probably be in the 1 sccop Ebony to 6 or 7 Ivory. Just add the scoops to a jar without a sifter and shake it up well. I am definitely here to answer any of your questions, as are many wise women on the forum. Let us know how ot goes.

OMG I can't believe what this foundation does to my skin, really......I made my mix yesterday, I added more ebony but also some other colours (except the very yellow one I think). I ended up with some quite earthy tone which I thought was too dark....but this morning I applied it and here is the result....I promise no photoshop in there, although that's a result I could get with it :) and the camera is my worst one !

What do you think ?

as a comparison this is another pic when I have a mineral foundation from another brand on....I can't believe how different that looks ! by the way I'm 38.

Yes, it's good, isn't it! I couldn't believe the difference when I switched from the brand I used before (EDM) to SN. In every respect, with every SN product range, I had that same significant improvement in effect. It does something wonderful to your confidence to go out and face the day looking like the very best version of yourself with a fresh-looking face. I'm so glad you're enjoying it.

I have to say I was a convert from another brand, too. It will be two years using SN for me in August. ;)

It looks great! I have just about given up on minerals when I found SN about a year ago. Couldn't be happier :)
