Thanks!
I would try to make a blend with Deep Ebony and Peach. Maybe 1 Deep Ebony, 1 Peach, and 8 or so Ivory? The Ivory part is a guess.....you might need more, like around 4-8 more.
Deep Ebony won't be red enough which is why the Peach...but I think the Peach will be too red. If you find it needs yellow....we might have to go another route.

Thanks Jen. I don't have Deep Ebony yet, so I'll need to order it. Once I get it, I'll let you know how mixing goes!

Hi! I'm new here. I have the foundation sample kit, and I've found that a 1:4 Buttery Gold/White ratio is the right depth and close to my natural color. However, being yellow-olive, it's not green enough. How much green corrector should I add to the BG/White mix?

The easiest thing to do is add in green at about a half scoop at a time. It may require a little more white at some point, too.

Ok so I finally got a color to match my face and neck (not easy at all). It was a ridiculous formula (3 heavy Ivory, 7 warm gold, 1 peach). I had to go with heavy coverage since my skin color is soooo weird (it needed more tint than untined base). Now I want to work on toning down the shine. The only thing I am wearing in the pic is foundation. I need something to take the shine away from my oily skin (and I live in humid nasty florida!)

I think you are looking for oil control as your foundation mix should not be shiny. I would try Tinted Oil Control Blur or Love Lure (this is the darker of the two). It does not look like you have foundation on......so the match is very good.

Hi Jen W! I needs me a mach, since I just got my kit in the mail. <3
I was doing Golden Fair in the winter and Sandy Fair in the summer from EDM, but I never felt that the Golden Fair was just right, and that the Sandy Fair was a bit better. If I recall right, I don't have any foundation on in this pic, just eye make up. And it's with the flash, unfortunately.
Thanks!

Jen,
I would try Warm Gold at about 1:9 ( one scoop Warm Gold and nine scoops white). You may need a little more white, but this is a good starting point. Let me know what you think. We can always tweak it a little from there.
