It could be that your face skintone is just a little pinker. The olive might tone down the pinkness that is in your face to bring it to a closer match to your chest. It is at least worth a try. (Your skintone looks very similar to mine.)

I think the best way to control the amount of yellow would be to go with the Olive mix and add Yellow Booster (add a little at a time until it is right...like add a whole scoop at first, then halves). That way you can add as little or as much yellow as you think you need. It is fine to be a perfectionist....as long as you have the patience for it!

I might be a little slow right now, could you clarify what you mean with "overall mix"? Like 1 Olive:1-2 TT:12 Ivory?
