Hey all

long time no post sorry, sometimes life and reality can swipe you feet from under. Bad or good

I'm still keeping getting weighed every 3 weeks and 3 weeks ago I gain 2lbs which is good.

Today my weight has satyed the same for 3 weeks - yay I'm very happy. Looking forward to my hols in 2 months so yay

Started doing SparkPeople food journal. So far, it's helping!
