It is a good match and I know there are a few girls here who also wear it that have posted their successful mixes. Here's where it gets weird. I am a cool all the way. I look horrid in yellow, orange, or green, I look better in silver jewelry, and I burn if I even look outside without sunscreen. So I'm really confused about what my undertones are and where to start my mixing. Maybe I just though that Golden Fair was my match. Here is a picture of me without makeup on(taken in indirect sunlight). Please excuse the unruly eyebrows and morning hair. The red mark in the middle of my forehead is a birthmark. It never goes away but is usually easy to cover with makeup. Thanks so much

Hi brandiwine...
I do see Yellow and slight Peach. The pink around your cheeks is not something we really want to match, it is more of a natural flush. I know we do have some cool toned gals who run pretty yellow. I think you will be Warm Gold with Yellow Booster. Try 1 scoop Warm Gold, 1-2 scoops Yellow Booster (start with 1), 10-12 Ivory (start with 10 and add more if needed). Buttery Gold will not have the peach you need. It is still possible we might need to go another direction, but I think the above mix will be closer than Golden Fair.

Hi Jen,
Ordered the peach and yellow booster like you suggested. If I start with 1 peach to about 18 ivory, how much of the yellow booster do you think?
Also, do you think I can add the yellow and green boosters to the Ultimate Powder to make a tinted primer?
Thanks & Happy New Year!

Eyes.. I'm totally lost when it comes to using eye shadows, so I guess that I need neutrals... I want my eyes to look clear, awake, highlighted.. young..

.. After that picture was taken I have had another baby and haven't slept for four months. I sooo need a make over!

I ordered Tawny and really like it (i have a little baby too). I will sometimes do a "no makeup" look using tawny in the crease and a lighter neutral on the lid with brown eyeliner instead of black.
Thank you so much for the tip!

I have ordered Papyrus, do you think that one will work the same way as Tawny?

hi.I bought a sample kit with original ivory.after searching forum I mixed 1 ebony 8 ivory and a little bit warm gold.but I'm not sure about ebony

I have tried couple of days.I have really oily skin so it didn't work well without a primer. I decided to buy some primer with my next purchase for oil control and covering large pores.which one will be better? should I try the medium formula?
this photo was taken during summer so I'm a bit paler than this in winter.

Thanks! I had to order the yellow booster so I will let you know how it goes as soon as my order gets here.

Hi Lyn,
Add one scoop of Yellow Booster at a time. I am guessing it will take about 2.
You can certainly tint primers with our booster colors or color bases. If you wanted pink, you could even tint with pink blush.

Hi bohemian,
I actually think you will have a better match with Olive. Try about 1 scoop color to about 14 Ivory. As for the oil control, try the Oil Control Blur. I don't think Medium Coverage is necessary, but it is a matter of opinion. Trying a sample would not hurt.

14 Ivory is just a guess...... I would start at 12 and then see if you are trying out Medium Coverage. I think you might need a few more scoops Ivory, but it is hard to fine tune that from a pic.

I hope it works for you!

Hi Jen,
I'm very confused about what foundation to order. I am an EDM Medium Beige Neutral. I'm somewhat of a misfit as I have darker golden blond hair and brown eyes, but any makeup that smacks of yellow or gold looks off on me (although I look just fine in gold jewelry). My guess would be Ebony, but that just doesn't seem to sound right either...

Help!
