Hi all
Weigh day and this week I've managed to lose 2lbs yay
I'm 8lbs in for winning that telly
Karen: Yes it must have been muscle, just got to keep this momentum going now. Down down down, not up and down.
Die Marchen: You can do it, just stick in there and your see results. Rhetorical ladies rant here: Why do we have to be the ones to lose the weigh to have the kids. Isn't it painfull enough with the labour, the least the men can do is lose the weight for you LOL
Jen: Oh jen congratulations on lsoing 10lbs that marvellous. You should be so proud of yourself. You're absolutely right being derail but sticking out for the rest of the week is sometime more empowering then the weight you've lost. To be able to say "NO" to naughties I do find empowering. It gives you more confidence to carry on - congrats
Lilychemgirl: Good luck with your new regime and your not the only one. One of my friends, boyfriends mum said the exact same thing to her and her 'little bump', in front of the entire family - whoooops. What do you possible say to that. Oh thanks for saying that, I'm blushing now
very sweet of you. I really look forward to posting on this board, everyone's so wonderful. I'm sending exercising vibes your way.
Sarah: I know it was so mad, my instructor didn't believe it and I was a one ounce away from 7lbs
Yes I do think cakes are good as long as (get ready to drool sarah) it is homemade chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream in the middle and on top with cadbury's chocolate button and flake set on top of the buttercream - I was soooooooo in heaven
Silverfern: That amazing congratulations losing 14lbs. A friend of mine who does WW has lost 2 and a half stone (21lbs) since June, well we went for coffee and she brought her before pics and I was just flabbergasted at the different in her. Just could not believe it and I'm sure your the same. She keeps her pics in her purse as reminder how far she's come. Well done
