Newest look-at-me combo: two layers of Gigi topped with Cerise. Cerise grew on me after the initial doubts of not being the red I thought it would be and Gigi brings out what I now like most about Cerise: the pink undertones.

I got my order today and have been experimenting. Roxie alone, Roxie with Blaze, and Roxie with Glacier. Details tomorrow!

Roxie all alone on my pale pinkish lips : 1 coat- med reddish brown, 2 coats-almost orange-red brown, pretty deep but still wearable for me. Any more coats (by itself) would just be too dark for me to deal with.

2 thin coats Roxie with Glacier-glimmery med nude/brown(on me neither warm nor cool)-perfect on me for just about anything! Love, Love this combo.

2 thin coats Roxie with Blaze-WOW, this is sooo MY red! Glimmery, medium reddish-orange with gold-ish teeny flecks. As gloss wears off, gold flecks still remain and look pretty on top of Roxie.

I can do Aud's(I think) trick with just a couple dots of Roxie smoothed on real fast and blended it out and it's a nice neutral nude.

I am so thrilled with all three of these colors. I was kicking myself for not getting Dixie, but I have a pretty good feeling that it would pull pretty orange-red on me, so I'm glad I didn't.

I am just deleriously happy by these. Tried stains from other companies before, more for the novelity than the long wear, but didn't see their potential with other glosses. Like JenW said, my lipgloss stash has just doubled!

Dixie + Ingenue = insanely pretty. With two coats of Dixie, it's a pigmented orangey-red with light peach sheen. With one coat of Dixie sheered out, it's a light orangey peachy shade.

Roxie (2layers) + Nice Tan ALG = the perfect dark nude lip ...love,love,love

OMG I'm so in love with my new lip stain look:

Doll to line the lips with Dixie to fill in and Zinna over top with a tad of Shrieking Violet = TROPICAL LIPS

Roxie (two layers) + Dancing Shoes = a lovely deep shimmer brown

I hope I'm not jacking this thread but I have some questions regarding these lip stains. I can't wear any of the other lip glosses or lipsticks due to allergies to the castor oil in them. Since these lip stains don't seem to contain this, I'm assuming these would be safe to try. Has anyone else used these successfully and have the same problem with castor oil?

Also, I have a lip pencil that's a deep pink that's a bit too bright for me. I'm thinking of using Roxie to deepen it. What do you think?
