Both gum ball and new release primers are great for my skin. ( I do like the 1st one a tad better , but understand the silica is not available) But the bottle of the new formula gives me a hard time getting it to come out. Is this because it is thicker? :) :)

The new version does seem a bit dryer? I'm getting weird dries spots on my lids and around it that I didn't get with the original version. Any suggestions for better application? Should I use less perhaps and let it dry completely or apply shadow while it's still wet?
The sticking and enhancing power is still great, I just wanna avoid the issue with the dry patches (which I also had sometimes with UDPP, but don't remember what the remedy was).

I only use a tiny drop per lid, pat it on quickly, and then let it dry before I apply shadow, and I am very happy with the results. I like the newer version because it is a bit thicker and it seems to dry faster.

For those that have a bottle that you have a hard time getting the primer out. If you have a sample size bottle, clean it out very well and fill. HTH ;) :)
