Hey karmen

I'm glad I helped to put a smile on your face. I know what tacos are but their not big here in england and I hate to say it but I'm not a fan of TGI fridays either (well the england ones anyway) - sorry guys. Yes thou shall not laugh at the misfortunes of other and I'm sure harry potter said it. Congrats on the exercising enthusiasm. I need alittle of that lately, I seem to be not doing as much lately. Must be winter lol.

Must learn how to sew, would save me a lot of money. I just went to second ahead today (a chain of shops in the south west of england and wales) and brought two new tops in the sales one not and a brown long cardie to keep me warm at work and looks great to go out in so two functions which justifies buying it. :D .

(not too worry I will put this in the right post as well) I got twlight for my birthday but kelley armstrong and sherrilyn kenyon both have books at the mo and I just had to read them first - sorry but after those its on my list. I want to read it before I see the movie, which comes out in england on 19/12/08. I'm taking my little sister (who loves vampire and the supernatural just as much as I do  ) to see it. We always make sure we go see a film at the cinemas at xmas.

Oh trust me Karmen you won't be disappointed with dark hunter series. I haven't read dragon swan yet so let me know if that’s good. The new book out of the dark hunter series is One Silent Night and its book 14 in the series so you have away to go - but oh what a ride it is. Yes I share mine with my mother, which is to say I buy them, she reads them first then I do lol.

Keep up the good work with the dieting karmen

I am so inspired! Thank you for sharing your success. I was feeling a little in the slump and then I read your post and thought, DON'T GIVE UP!

I'm also in the midst of regaining my healthy weight and fat percentage. I used to use food as a reward. Diet/exercise for a week, get to eat choc cake on Sunday. Which of course I realise now, is a rather self-sabotaging reward system.

I'm thinking I should use SN as my new reward system. be a good girl and exercise/eat healthy for a week, get to pick a new product. Save up the products and the next time there's another sale, go wild!

:D
