Yogingingeer...thanks for asking for these types of finishes of e/c. I too love my e/c and sometimes just need something just nice and not over the top full of shimmers and sparkles. I mix mattes and shimmers to try to get this look and now I see the more I'll here on the SN site all you have to do is ask and Karen tries her best to do it. How wonderful! :)

Right now I'm immersed in eye shadows and I'm rather at a loss as to how to organize them, and make it so the sheer volume of them doesn't make you crazy. Any ideas??? Any thoughts???
I definitely like being able to shop by texture or by color. Both make it easier for me to find what I'm looking for.

And shopping shadows by collection would be also great. If you can choose between Tweeds, Hawaii, Stonewashed nudes and others... Well, it brings you into an inspired mood))) Or you like a shadow and if there is an option - look at the entire collection... Don't think many ones have that strong will to ignore it))) And it will end with buying (wishlisting) a few more to compliment that first one))))

Maybe this has been mentioned on here already (I've not kept up with this thread as well as I should have...), but one thing I would love to be able to do is search by "reviewer". For instance, I see someone has reviewed the Mahogany eye liner gel (Rhys, for example) and I see that she has red hair, blue eyes and fair skin (the same as me...). I'd like to be able to click on her name and see all the other reviews she has done, listed highest to lowest rating, so I can see what other products seem to work for her. To be completely honest, I've looked at product reviews before to see if Rhys has commented/reviewed. If she has and seems to like the product, I'm much more likely to buy it because we seem to have exactly the same coloring/haircolor/eyecolor and there is a better chance that it'll be perfect for me. :)
I don't know if this makes complete sense, but I've been thinking about this for a long time. I think it would be so helpful!

I would like a product suggestion pop-up - so if I buy one eyeshadow color, I'd see something on the side bar saying - That would go great with... then maybe there would be a complementing eyeshadow color, blush, and lippie.

I don't know how complicated that would be to add to the site, but I am not good at pairing colors so that would be really helpful for me, and probably others too

4wheel wrote:Karen I too shop by color, finish, swatches, and ingred. ( the stevia and flavor I love in the new wand glosses or it is the oils??) I hope one day you can take some of the old colors of wand glosses and make them in the new formula. Iced Mocha tasted gross til I added some of St Tropez. I like the reviews too and their age group in there. :)
KAREN THANK YOU !! I got my order today and I have wanted Modern Poet for so long and with the new wand glosses and the different oils in them have made them my faves. to put on. And I'm not sure if you had done this already or did it after my request BUT it is awesome the MP is in the new formula ....yummy on my lips again. :D

EDIT: I did see that the oils are the same. Not sure why my IM and Vintage are so different. :? :?

And Susan in CS is the best Karen..love her hand written notes. She is great service with a wonderful touch. :D
