Specter is a light lavender. It is not blue, but is more on the bluish side of lavender than a pinkish lavender, if that makes sense. HTH!

Oh that sounds lovely. Is is sort of periwinkle? I have been holding off on ordering since I figured newness was coming. I had a hard time passing up last weeks GWP, but this sounds just as nice.
