I haven't posted in awhile, but I've lost 30 lbs as of this past week. I'm hoping to be down another 30 by Christmas.

well done royalgoddessbeth. Congrats

I forgot to post last week and I've weighed tonight and both weeks I've maintained. It's good not to gain but for the last 6 weeks, except for 1 week where I lost 3lbs, I've maintained. I should have lost something by now, so I going to kick my but again. I'm setting myself a goal of 3lb next week and I'm going o make sure I stick to it. To help I'm going to write down everything I eat.

I kicked those scales butt

I lost 3lbs this week - wooooooooooohooooooooooooooooooo and got my 3st certificate with RC with a total lost of 9st 1lb. I've been on a weight lost high the last week, people I ahven't seen in a while and people you know around your works building and always say hello to but never know there name (everyone one has those people lol), are coing up to me saying how much I've lost and how good I look

I must post before and after pics one day so you guys can see, though the only before pic I have was taken 3 months before deiting and it was on holiday so I don't care what I look like. Do other people think that or is it a british thing.

Woo hoo Ghost, congrats!! That is some accomplishment! And it's always nice when random people make an effort to tell you how lovely they think you're looking! :D Would love to see before and after pics!

As for looking less than fab on holiday and not caring, I'm the same way honestly! And most people I know are too. I mean, the idea of a holiday is to relax and let go of the daily pressures and such, right?? To me that means keeping things simple and spoiling myself a bit. So...I may take the time to have a play with colors/makeup I haven't touched in a while, but overall I try to cut down on my routine and stick to mascara, a nice lippie, and some powder/finisher.....or if I'm by the water, just a sunscreen. ;)

Hi all

weigh day again and I've lost 2lb this week - yippppppppppppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Very happy considering I've been comfort eating because of my job front (going through a re-structuring at work but pretty sure I've lost half my job). This just mean I have to be extra careful next week and it usual takes a week for it to show and effect.

Today in the exercise instead of arobics we did 'Zumba' dancing and OMG it killed. Not only was sweat tripping down my face but we were all dying from laughter at the moves. No one could keep a straight face

I forgot to post before and after pic, will try and do so at the weekend.
