Niki, He is so adorable and with a smile like that will definately be a charmer, just wait until the girls in the preschool class are madly in love with him. Continue to keep both you and Myles in my prayers, waiting for news is such a bummer, when all you really want is an answer so that you can deal with it good or bad. Hang in there, we are all pulling for you and you little guy.

Yes- he just melts my heart. So adorable- so cute, and that smile- even from a hospital bed-is priceless. I hope the docs figure it out ASAP, and that he gets better soon!

GOOD NEWS!!!!! Myles results came back....no cancer...no Hirschsprungs disease either. Bad news? We're back to square 1. Why is he soo small??? Since his surgery no constipation . Thats a first in almost 4 years to go a whole week . It was suggested by the pediatric specialist that in his small mind he has equated eating with having a bowel movement which stops him from consuming enough to eat . Myles has been equally surprised that he hasnt experienced any pain going to potty . And I have noticed him asking for more food this week...so maybe we are on to something. The surgeon told us beforehand the section he was removing "usually" alleviates constipation. So please continue prayers and well wishes our way. And for those who have followed my story from the beginning, Dad was a no-show for the surgery...bummer Myles didnt even notice!!!
I'm going to add Hannahs picture for comparison who just turned 2 years old. Myles will be 4 on the 22nd.

Oh, Nikki..that's some great news! I know it's hard that now you'll have to look in a different direction for answers but maybe that doc you mentioned was on to something! Let's hope so! And how wonderful for Myles to finally have it not hurt for him *to go*. I would imagine if that was a constant pain, one would do practically anything-even not eat-to avoid it. And how lucky is Myles and Hannah to have a Mom that is there 200% of the time, even when Dad is a no-show.
Keep on keeping on, girl....sometimes that's all we can do....just put one foot in front of the other.
Like I said in another post, at least we look good doing it!
