Yay thanks girls! Elianne, I definitely feel you on the "it's-so-hot-today-please-don't-let-my-SN-melt" front!
Ooh good idea, JeiaMoore! What about dupes of the Clinique Almost Lipstick collection? Black Honey, Black Plum... etc. Incidentally, Black Plum looks an awful lot like Mac's Cult of Cherry Lippie in Kirsch.

I second the Wine lip gloss...especially if it's similar to Revlon's "The Wine" lipstick. It's discontinued and I absolutely loved it for my medium warm complexion. I'd also like to request a liquid wand version of Delight/Indulge.

Yeah, wine colors would be fantastic. Some of those new MAC glosses are really good. I'd like to see some that border more on the purple-almost-black side, not goth-looking but just really really rich color. I want them to be sheer DEFINITELY SHEER but more on the dark side, like a wine stain. Does that make sense? Think of those nail polishes that are like really really dark purple but not quite black and then make them lighter and sheerer for lips. Right? Nothing too red. More like really purple burgundy.

SN used to have a gloss that is pretty much exactly what you are describing...Mulberry Spice...it was one of the originals, i think, but it's not on the website anymore...did you ever get a chance to try it?

I'm reading the thread intently, and letting it all percolate while I'm on vacation.
Have any of you tried Sweet Nothing? To me it's very close to something like Black Honey- it's not close enough for me to feel comfortable calling it a dupe- but it's so close that I'm not sure I could justify selling both colors...
I'm pretty sure I I can come up with some others!

Karen,
I'd love a dupe of MAC's Hug Me lipstick (in gloss form if possible). It's one of the few MAC holdouts that I still use. It's a great neutral, definitely MLBB. But I'd rather buy from you than them! Enjoy your visit w/your MIL too...........
Thanks,
Ruby

No! I didn't. But Sweet Nothing is on my list right now.

I had Mulberry Spice, and it was a really cool color........kind of a sheer shimmery dark plum with a teeny bronze-ish undertone. The problem with it(for me) is that it was so sheer, I had to keep re-applying it. If it were in the wand formula, I think the staying power would be greater!
Going off on an another tangent.....I am so excited! I am going to be stalking my mailman today. I am expecting *my* new lippie in the mail today. Iced Mocha was my request, and my name, so I am waiting for it to come home to mama!!! LOL
