The worst of your products are still a mile above the best of the rest, bar none. Okay... so basically, no matter what you do, someone will love it! My HG answers are polar opposite to some on this thread, so I doubt that there's any common ground other than generally loving your lippies.

Packaging?
* Tube. Convenient, less messy, less breakable.

* Flavour? I like the current method, hint of stevia? Stronger flavours are divisive, some love 'em, some don't. I'd vote to save that fun for the clear balms.

* Texture? Black Label is the favourite, then regular Kisser Slickers. Didn't enjoy the vegan formula in comparison, too glossy-shiny and slippery. Love the lipstick formula. Please not sticky gloss a la Juicy Tubes which makes me squeamish.

* Plumpers? Don't mind either way. The Smooth & Full didn't agree with me (over a couple months irregular use, I saw a pattern of the inside wet part of the back of my lips gummy-peeling more than normal. Inconsequential issue but I quit using it and stayed with the regular lines instead).

* Long-lasting? Not important. A decent kiss will shift even bullet-proof lippy. Gives an opportunity to re-apply a different colour for a change. ;) Although kiss-proof lippy could make the research & development part fun... 8-)

* Colours? You've got a lot of browns, nudes and peachy-pinks. How about more blue-based roses and gentle reddish mauve- hint-of-purple? My Pretty is amazing.

*Shimmer? Er, no thanks. Precious aside, shimmer ages me and gets trapped in my cracked lip lines or just looks too 'fashion' rather than 'grown-up elegant' for my idea of style. We need some shimmery ones for fun, though, too. ;) Maybe a line of clear-with-shimmer toppers, like Fire /Opal / Gasp eyeshadows in the Sparkle / Gleaming family? Make lippy non-sparkle and have these for those who want the best of both worlds?

Favourites that could inspire more options?
- Symphony / Casual Red / Sultry - three totally different ways to make a red wearable, flattering and elegant.
- Seedy - whatever the difference was between this and Berry Nice, that helped. BN was a little too bright, Seedy was just right for being more subdued / muted.
- Peace / Gold Blush - easy to wear casually, just enough colour.

.... Or if you could make Seedy Black Label, I'd just buy a vat-full and never need another colour ever again. Ach, I don't mind, I've already got several HG's (contradiction in numerical terms) so I'm already happy. 8-)

I'd definitely be up for testing kiss proof ;)

I prefer tubes, not shimmer, and oclour wise anythnig pinky/berryish that has that kind of stained but glossed look (berry nice, damsel!)

Also I don't mind a bit of sting, if I'm more aware of whats on my lips it reminds me to not eat it off, and in my experience the sting does tend to wear off, I keep forgetting how tingly carmex was when I first started using that, I offer it to people and they look so scared!!!!

i love the feeling of all the glosses, but the shimmerless ones are the best! With Cupcake on the vegan being a bit slippery but I could just apply them all day :D

I would prefer a tube, the skinny tubes that you have now are perfect.

Normally I love a minty tingle in a gloss, but now that hubby and I are trying to have a baby I have learned that peppermint oil is a no no. Also, the doctor said absolutely no artificial sweeteners, so no flavor, but if it had to have a flavor maybe something natural like honey.

I like a little bit of a glossy shine to it, kind of how most of the lippies are now. I especially like the almost lipstick ones because they give good color payoff yet still feel like a balm.

Not sure on the long lasting thing, from my experience the longer lasting lip products usually sacrifice something like moisture, so I don't mind re-applying because the lippies are so nice and moisturizing it feels good to put them on.

I'm not sure about the plumping thing since I have not tried it, but I am definitely not against it.
I forgot to answer the part about colors, so here it is:
I like shimmer, nothing over the top, but the shimmer your lippies have currently is perfect.
I'd love to see something like a pale milky Lavender, sort of like Bloom but lavender in color, and a little more opaque perhaps.
Also, same as above, but a milky Peach color.
I would also love some fun bright colors, perhaps a flower theme? A hot pink/fuchsia with a blue iridescence would be lovely as well as other colors with some iridescent sheen to them.

Lastly, I just wanted to add that the thing that drew me to Silk Naturals lippies in the first place is that they are all natural, and you have a nice organic selection. The all natural and safe part is probably the most important thing to me when selecting makeup products. Therefore, I would most definitely sacrifice things like long wearing and plumping for the most natural product possible. Just my 2 cents :) Thanks!

1 - Prefer tube, but want isn't a dealbreaker
2 - Sweet or flavored is fine with me
3 - Just a touch of gloss, not too metallic/glittery/frosty
4 - A nice smooth texture, not too slipper and definitely not gritty
5 - I think about 4 hours is a good length of time
6 - I would use a plumper

Karen, you're the best :D

Karen, thanks for asking our opinions.

I normally don't post, but wanted to share my views in case my favourite lipglosses "disappear". The kisser slickers are almost perfect for me. They seem to be slightly flavoured or sweetened which I don't really like, but other than that, it's all good. I hope my answers don't drive you nuts. :)

do you want a liquid, or a tube
Tube for me. I prefer solid lipglosses

do you want it sweet, or flavored?
Actually I prefer neither. Unless the ingredients have a "funny" smell, otherwise I am good with non-sweetened unflavoured lipgloss.

What colors would you like?
Along the lines of precious. I guess that would mean be sheer, wearable colours.

How glossy do you want it?
Medium gloss

What would the texture feel like?
Non-sticky. Glides on smoothly but with sufficient "staying" ingredients to keep my lips feeling moisturized.

How long should it last on your lips before you consider it long lasting?
4 hours would be good. It would mean just one touchup after lunch, one after dinner. I generally don't like the really long-lasting lipglosses as I find them too drying.

Oh, and the plumping- I'm torn on using it. The plumper that we use is natural, doesn't sting, and it's actually really good for you- it has about the anti-oxidant power of Vitamin C (whic I've never gotten to really work in a lippie without stinging). Would you absolutely refuse to use a plumping product?
Well, I don't go for plumping lipglosses. I am not adverse to trying one if it doesn't sting, but plumping is not essential for me. And I don't really want my lips to be any plumper right now, so I guess if the plumper works, it would mean that I won't repurchase.

I'd just like to say that I think the packaging, flavour, texture and plumping effect of the Smooth and Full lipbalm is absolute perfection for me!

I love the fact that it feels so nourishing but also makes them look full and pillowy without any sting, tingle or reddening.

I'd love to see this formula incorporated into a lipstick.

Colourwise, I adore Maiden and would really like some paler, creamy pink/nude shades. I think someone suggested a milky peach and my personal fave would be a dupe of MAC's Patisserie.

* Prefer tube, but have no problem w/ liquid if I like the color (your liquids are nothing like most...sticky and gooey).

*As long as the product doesn't taste overwhelmingly gross I prefer no flavor.

*I would LOVE a MAUVE/RED WithOUT shimmer in a sheer gloss or lipstick. I love the sheer w/o shimmer group the best in the glosses and would LOVE more colors.

* I prefer the texture of the sheer w/o shimmer glosses (can you tell these are my FAVORITE) and the creaminess of Negligee and Eternal.

I also like how Raisin acts like a lip stain after the lipstick comes off...turns into a purple stain, just add clear gloss or balm over it and you are all set. Would love to see Lip Stains.

Castor Oil tends to dry out my lips/skin so less Castor Oil would be great.

* Don't really care about plumping, never found one that was really noticeable.

Thanks for asking us for our input!!

-I prefer a tube, but don't mind liquid glosses as long as they aren't sticky (I do prefer the squeeze applicator over the wand style for liquid, though).

-I'm not particular about flavor & sweetness, but I do enjoy vanilla & mint flavors.

-Colors I'd like: non-carmine (please!) versions of fuschia/magenta with blue shimmer, a medium brown with a frosty finish (some pink to it would be okay -- similar in color to a frappuccino, maybe a little darker; too bad you already have a product named Iced Mocha -- that would be the perfect name for the color I'm visualizing), some purples -- a frosty light purple & a shimmery darker purple/violet, a watermelon pink with some green shimmer
-I also like the idea that was suggested previously of having a few clear lippies with interference colors (not sure if that's the proper term) that could be used for layering over other things (like Sparkle & Gleaming) -- blue (I like that it's good for helping teeth appear whiter), green, pink, & purple would be nice colors to have; might be good for these to be in liquid form in a squeeze tube.
-My lips are pretty pigmented, so I need lippies that are more opaque & less sheer, as the sheer colors don't show up much on me.

-I'm not particular about how glossy the lippies are, but I do prefer opaque with some shimmer (I'm not a big fan of sheer or matte lippies). In fact, I'd love a few colors that have a frosty finish (not quite metallic, but almost).

-Texture would be smooth & non-sticky, & very moisturizing. I haven't tried a lippie from SN that I didn't like the texture of, so I think whatever you come up with is fine.

-I would consider 5 hours long lasting. I'd like to be able to drink something without all of my color coming off. Also, I really like the colors that have a bit of a stain effect as they wear off (Crimson is a good example). In fact, it would be nice to have some actual lip stains, if you could come up with a non-drying formula.

-I would be happy to use a plumping product!!

-I'd also love to see a clear balm (maybe the Smooth & Full formula) with some zinc oxide added to provide a little sun protection, if you could come up with a way to make it not have the white cast to it.

Edit: to try to make the post easier to read

Do you want a liquid, or a tube- Definitely a tube. I LOVE the slim tubes SN has (so easy to hide in a small purse) and for some reason I have a strong dislike for liquid glosses. I've owned a couple in my life, and no matter if I love the colour, I end up giving them away...

Do you want it sweet, or flavored? - From flavoured I love fruity tastes, but only if they seems natural... otherwise a generic sweet is ok. What I do dislike are strong smells - they give me migraines. I'm fine with the taste and smell of all SN lip glosses I have atm.

What colors would you like? Oh, all sorts. I love pinks and reds. The only thing I don't like are orangy colours. And I'd love some colours that are pigmented and opaque enough that they don't change into a generic pink on my lips. And that don't make my lips darker! I'm very fair, and I don't like the goth look on me. ;) So basically, opaque lippies that are on the light side. And bright would be nice.

How glossy do you want it?
I like glossy. But NOT sticky.

What would the texture feel like?
From what I have I love the texture of Aria, and Cultured the most... I like matte best, but can also wear a bit of shimmer so it's not a deal breaker for me. I do find that the more shimmery ones I own (Very Berry for example) turn grainy on my lips faster than the no shimmer glosses.

How long should it last on your lips before you consider it long lasting? At least 2-3 hours. But honestly, everything turns grainy on my lips faster than that. Oh well, a girl can hope. :)

Would you absolutely refuse to use a plumping product? I think I have ok lips. I don't really notice the plumping effect (for example with Soft & Full) so I wouldn't really care either way. Unless it made the price go up. :p

1 - There aren't a lot of liquid gloss selections so I'd vote for more liquid glosses
2 - I prefer mine unscented/unflavored but if there had to be flavor/scent I prefer peppermint
3 - No shimmer whatsoever. I just don't like shimmer in my lipgloss/lipsticks
4 - Out of all the lip products that you have my favorite is the Kisser Slickers because they are the most moisturizing
5 - At least 3 hours, I guess. I'm not too picky because I wipe off all my lip colors the moment I sit down to eat something.
6 - I don't need a plumper but if it's there it's not going to deter me from getting it if the color is nice.
