Re: Let's chat about lipgloss...

The worst of your products are still a mile above the best of the rest, bar none. Okay... so basically, no matter what you do, someone will love it! My HG answers are polar opposite to some on this thread, so I doubt that there's any common ground other than generally loving your lippies.
Packaging?
* Tube. Convenient, less messy, less breakable.
* Flavour? I like the current method, hint of stevia? Stronger flavours are divisive, some love 'em, some don't. I'd vote to save that fun for the clear balms.
* Texture? Black Label is the favourite, then regular Kisser Slickers. Didn't enjoy the vegan formula in comparison, too glossy-shiny and slippery. Love the lipstick formula. Please not sticky gloss a la Juicy Tubes which makes me squeamish.
* Plumpers? Don't mind either way. The Smooth & Full didn't agree with me (over a couple months irregular use, I saw a pattern of the inside wet part of the back of my lips gummy-peeling more than normal. Inconsequential issue but I quit using it and stayed with the regular lines instead).
* Long-lasting? Not important. A decent kiss will shift even bullet-proof lippy. Gives an opportunity to re-apply a different colour for a change.
Although kiss-proof lippy could make the research & development part fun...
* Colours? You've got a lot of browns, nudes and peachy-pinks. How about more blue-based roses and gentle reddish mauve- hint-of-purple? My Pretty is amazing.
*Shimmer? Er, no thanks. Precious aside, shimmer ages me and gets trapped in my cracked lip lines or just looks too 'fashion' rather than 'grown-up elegant' for my idea of style. We need some shimmery ones for fun, though, too.
Maybe a line of clear-with-shimmer toppers, like Fire /Opal / Gasp eyeshadows in the Sparkle / Gleaming family? Make lippy non-sparkle and have these for those who want the best of both worlds?
Favourites that could inspire more options?
- Symphony / Casual Red / Sultry - three totally different ways to make a red wearable, flattering and elegant.
- Seedy - whatever the difference was between this and Berry Nice, that helped. BN was a little too bright, Seedy was just right for being more subdued / muted.
- Peace / Gold Blush - easy to wear casually, just enough colour.
.... Or if you could make Seedy Black Label, I'd just buy a vat-full and never need another colour ever again. Ach, I don't mind, I've already got several HG's (contradiction in numerical terms) so I'm already happy.
