I know what you mean. This Christmas, I gave a friend (who is using drugstore MMU) a few of my favourite SN items. Hopfully she'll become an SN fan too

I hope you get your package! I'm in Vancouver as well and got an order shipped Dec. 9 on Dec. 21.

My package arrived on 28 Dec (I ordered on 17 Dec) and I am gobsmacked that it took less than 2 weeks (even with the festive season & crowded post offices too!)

This was my first SN order and there will be many more to come. Thank you so much.. I love your products!

Its my first time posting in here! I simply love SN!

I received my second package yesterday and I am so happy! I ordered it on 22 Dec and it arrived in 8 days, even with Xmas n slow Australia post..Amazing! I ordered some brushes from another US website in early dec and its still not here yet.

I'm still waiting for mine. I'm back at work on Monday so hopefully it will be there waiting for me. We only have three days of mail this week, so there is a chance it hasn't arrived yet.

Yay...my package was there waiting for me when I got to work this morning!!! I can't wait to play!!!

My order has been set as "In Fulfillment" since yesterday, as there is note that said they were out of one of the products, but that it would ship today. I haven't got an email, and it hasn't changed to "Shipped" but I was wondering if it's one of the statuses that just stays like that as a glitch?

I would go by what they wrote you in the note. It is possible that they will ship the other item later.

I love the fact that I have gotten 2 SN packages in the amount of time that I haven't even received one from any of the other 3 companies that I ordered from. Thanks for being so on top of things. As much excitement that I build up on trying these products, I can't wait to get them in my hands, and I know with SN, that will be fast. Thanks and keep up the good work!
