I know I really try to use the steroid creams sparingly, but they do work. I can tell when I'm going to get an all out flare up and then I will do like you and use the steroid cream once or twice a day and some sort of thick balm the rest of the day.
I have gotten so many great ideas through this post. My wishlist is growing...Might have to give subliminal message to the DH and kids for stocking stuffers
I did buy some cocoa butter from the local health food store and some scented shea from a third party site. It would be great if Karen made something similiar.
