I think Ebony is probably good, but you might need a tad of Warm Gold to liven things up a bit.

I am thinking 1Ebony:about 5Ivory or 1Ebony:0.5Warm Gold:about 8Ivory

thank you so much Jen. I'll try it first without warm gold and see if i need it or not. Thank you again!

I'm a Fairly Light Neutral over at EDM. Any suggestions on what SN ratio I would be?! :) I seem to have a little bit of golden and a little bit of pink undertones but I would say more golden even though I'm mostly neutral. lol Does that make sense?

Thanks so much for any help you can give me.

I'm Sandy Fair in EDM. Where should I start with SN?

Thanks in advance for the help!

FLN is most likely a blend of Warm Gold and Ebony. Since you are more on the golden side...... 1 scoop Warm Gold:.5 Ebony:9-10 White. That really is only a starting point. I hope it works on the first go.

Sandy Fairs end up in a few directions.......My sister who was one wears Warm Gold 1:12 White. I know there are a few other options.....some wear Buttery Gold at about a 1:10...and some even add in a bit of Ebony. I still think it might be the best idea to try samples of the color bases.

Thanks Jen.

I already have a sample kit on the way, so I'll have everything I need to work with (I even got a sample of peach due to the suggestion of another Sandy Fair girl).

I'm hoping I get my order tomorrow (although I think Saturday is more likely), so I thought I would check in with you (the mixing expert) first to decide on a direction.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you so much, Jen! This is what I was going to get based on the descriptions so I hope it's a match...I'm looking forward to doing some experimenting. Have a wonderful night :)

One more thing, I am having trouble deciding on the Silk formula in medium or going the vegan route. What are the main differences in coverage/look/feel? I guess I'm concerned because my skin is combo/very oily tzone and tends to be acne prone if I use something overly drying or something that doesn't agree with my skin. Any recommendations?

I think the Silk Formula would only be slightly less drying based upon the performance of silk. I honestly have not gotten around to trying the vegan formula myself......for me the Silk Formula is HG, and my skin runs a little dryer in the winter. I guess I am suggesting the Silk Formula unless you have issues with the silk.
