*blushes and LOLs at Ghost*
I don't really know what the secret is, but I don't remember having too many issues with my skin when growing up. I do have an oily Tzone, and my skin is kinda dehydrated, but I'm managing that fine, especially lately. Also, I didn't wear makeup at all until I was 22, so I guess that saved me from some clogging issues too. I mentioned in another thread that I care less about brush and makeup cleanliness than I should, but there is one thing I do even if it hurts: remove my 'face' every night before I go to bed. If I find myself fallen asleep, I force myself to get up and wash my face, be it 3am... Always remove it all, and treat it. I exfoliate with acids and manually + masks, but not too much (see Karen's thread under Skin Care, it's great). I've recently switched to all natural skin care and do OCM and manual scrubbing too. I love the apricot cleansing oil, btw. And the serums are nice too - noticed that sometimes I don't even have to use moisturizer in the morning, the serums suffice. Oh, I try to stay out of the sun too and wear sunscreen as much as I can.
I do drink a lot of water and green tea, and I eat a lot of fresh veggies and fruits. I'm lucky to not have been grown up with junk/fast food, and I don't crave either that or sugary stuff. OK, fine, I love fries, pickles and other salty nastiness and dark chocolate
Seriously though, I guess I have a lucky base, and I try to take care of my skin as much as I can. And those eye baggies, well, I was born with those

Some people have great teeth , no cavities no matter what they eat (my sister), and I would get cavities just by looking at chocolate, so yeah... But I heard that skin problems can be turned around, I'm just blessed I don't have to deal with that, cuz frankly, I don't have the disposition of being consistent :p Except for washing my face, that is.
