Will the Super Serum be coming back in stock today? I'd like to add it to my order and am hoping to catch the special GWPs. Thanks.

I am pretty sure it will be a few more days before the Super Serum is in stock. We are waiting on an ingredient.

Wow that was intense! I knew that it was going to be crazy, but I didn't expect quite that much. The server held, I don't see any reports of any other crazy things, so that good. I really truly appreciate all of your support, and patience, and I regret that we just didn't have huge quantities of everything.

The one thing about having a server that doesn't crash is that there were a couple of items where I *think* they may have been oversold. Last night, it wasn't a problem- there were quite a few people online, but the site made things unavailable as they sold out. It was a bit more orderly. Today, there were so many other people online that checked out all at the same time that I don't think the system updated the inventory quantities properly as it went along.

I have to go in and figure out 1) if there really is an issue, and 2) where the issue is. Then I'll figure out how to fix it all. Don't worry...we'll find a good solution. It's just going to take me a while to go through it all....so it will probably be tonight/tomorrow morning.

Thank you all for participating. It was certainly an interesting experience. I don't think we're going to do limited quantity items again...but we'll figure something out.

I'm still waiting on an ingredient for the Super Serum- hopefully it will be here by the end of the week.

Thanks very much for the sale Karen, it sounds like it was loads of fun - stressful for you though!! I think we're all super happy with your everyday products and service, so there's no need to worry about not doing this again - If I were you I don't think I could have handled it, lol. It's like a midnight release for gamers, but for make up lovers instead...don't get trampled!!!

Is there going to be a problem getting Super Serum ingredients in the future? I find this very alarming! I tried the Oatmeal, Oil Control, and Face Lift serums- and the Super Serum is the only one I've repurchased.

I'm excited about my goodies coming. I've wanted a dispenser brush for a really long time, and I was actually considering a purchase of the BE one. And I loved the free lippie with purchase offer! I'm at the point now where I have multiple eyeshadows in every single color group.

I didn't make a sale purchase... but I am wondering if random grab bags could be available regularly on the site? Would that make it easier?
