Karmen,
If you are talking about the Medline Remedy Skin Cream ( it's made with Olivemine), it works fairly well. I use it along with Karen's oatmeal serum on my face during the day and really like that combo, so you might try that on your hands. Also this winter and even now with the flu scare, I have been using the Remedy line moisture barrier ( it is the one with the blue cap) on my hands, you need to rub it in fairly well, but it allows me to wash my hands dozens of times a day without them drying out to bad. I work in a nursing home, and am also constantly washing my hands, so believe me I sympathize. Hollis

I feel obligated to post a follow-up, my face looks fantastic, but my chest is starting to breakout-which never, ever happens, so I've stopped applying the rose serum and I'm waiting to see if just using facelift alone doesn't cause breakouts!

I have been using my Facelift serum since it first came out as a gumball.

I noticed my face became "smaller".. Ha ha strange, isnt it? It's a good thing, I think it is because the skin tightens and hugs my structure more..

One of the wonders of DMAE, Syncoll, and Vitamin C - it's a great serum. I'd been waiting for ages for a sample thanks to our inept postal system, and it finally turned up yesterday - w00t! Have a little bit of DMAE with tamarind from another company, but I'm rapidly running out, and Karen's serum rocks.

Always put it on my neck, as well, and elbows or anywhere else I end up rubbing my hands after I've finished applying it to my face. I've got a scar on my throat from too many surgeries, but it's actually not bad - it looks more like a line/wrinkle in my neck in a normal place, just a little dark - nobody at all notices that it's a scar anymore (even last time I was in hospital for x-rays, the tech didn't notice - he asked while he was doing the x-ray if I'd had lots of neck surgery cos he could see all the titanium clamps on the inside, but he didn't see the scar on the outside). Probably in good part cos I've been seruming it for years with DMAE - the stuff definitely does work. It won't make everything bad go away, but stick with it and you'll be surprised how much disappears :)

Hehe...it makes me think of that bit from the Kids in the Hall..."I'm squishing your head". My face seems a bit more "chiseled" than it did when I started. I'm ready to start bathing in it!

Karen, if you could figure out a way to make an affordable DMAE bath oil, you could probably retire on the proceeds from that alone!

And thanks for making the face serum at a price I can afford!
