Welcome to the forum - everyone here is just as crazy about makeup as I am (if not more) and very friendly. I recommend checking out the favourite combination post. There are soo many great ideas and someone is usually posting everyday (usually Mikie, JenW and Rhys - their the pros, thanks ladies).

But be warned - make sure you have lots of money in your account, cause after your finished reading you'll be shopping. Then when your waiting for your order to arrive you can stalk Karen's website like me (visiting everyone day just to see if something new has been posted) or am I the only person who does that

My reasons for loving silknaturals are the same as trixiejim's but what I love the most is that I get to customise my own foundation shade to match my skin tone. Its something I have struggled with forever, until I found silknaturals. I'm so glad that silknatural was my first venture into mineral makeup.

Finding a color was easier when I began buying Silk Naturals because at that time the only choice was the Ebony! I was able to wear that blend just fine. Then Karen tempted us with the Warm Gold...so had to try that,too. Again, could wear it fine! Later came the Buttery blend & it seems I must have that,too . My most common mix includes equal portions of the ebony & warm gold.

It just doesn't make me look older or make my skin drier, so it's a winner for me!

Thanks for the warm welcome, Ghost! I know, I've spent so much money! I think I've ordered one of almost everything as far as the face goes (not counting blushes Now I want to buy a bunch of lippies! I keep checking out the site to see what new things I want
