I just want the fragrance that Karen mentions in her New Year Perfume Contest... the one that makes men think we're 6 years younger...

i know, i know, we should be wearing what we wear for OURSELVES, but, sigh, a girl can try to tip the scales her way, once in awhile, right? :D

Karen,
Clinique had a fragrance called *Wrappings* years ago that they discontinued. Then they started bringing it back just for the holidays, but this year I didn't see it at all. I cannot even describe it; it's that unique, but you could check *Make-up Alley*, or I could send you my last few precious drops.
I would adore a dupe of that!

Monoi oil - good stuff, a blend of coconut oil with a hint of earthyness and drenched in gardenia flowers / tiare - and I love lacing it with the tiniest drop of frankincense oil for a warm depth to the exotic aroma. Sweet (which men love) and sultry, great for summer nights or valentines. Ahem ;)
YES, monoi oil! Bath and Body Works puts it in some of their True Blue Spa products and it is one of my favorite smells on earth. Ohhh it is SO GOOD! It might combine well with Caribbean Therapy, actually....?

I third (fourth?) the people who want a Monoi oil dupe. This coconut oil with Tahitian gardenia (Tiare) natural scent is one of my favorite smells.

I also like light florals like Cacharel's Anais Anais and musky smells like The Body Shop's White Musk.

One of my all time favorite fragrances is Petite Cherie, by Annick Goutal. You can find it at Nordstrom, Nieman's etc. It's very pricey and the scent doesn't last long, but I LOVE it and would love if you duped it, Karen!!
Thanks,
Ruby

This list is awesome! I'm wearing Petite Cherie at the moment- you turned me on to it a while ago Ruby- and I'm so glad you did. It's really one of my faves too. I put it on yesterday, and my arms still have a faint hint of it.

I have a bunch done, a few that are waiting for some raw materials (they're on order- hopefully everything will arrive by Tuesday), and am on the lookout for some ingredients for the harder to find ones. If you don't see it in this release- it's not because I don't love you- perfume has it's own schedule- it takes time to mellow.

Hey karen, if it's not telling too much did you dupe the TBS Pink Grapefruit scent? This is so I know to wait. ^_^
