I am sorry that you find Glory to have huge glitter in it. Seems that most colors look less sparkly on me even with the SN primer. I get hooked with colorful swatches, order and then see another delicate muted color on the eyelid. Hope you find use for it!

Don't worry I still like it It is more shimmery than my other colors, but when I pressed it that actually toned down the shimmer quite a bit. I'm sure I will still use it! It is really pretty!

I like the same type of finish in an eyeshadow as well. For reference I have light brown w/olive eyes. So I'll list the ones I've tried to help

These are shades I've tried that didn't work out for me because of the color or shimmer. I find it hard to determine what is what by some of the color/shade descriptions:
-Aura (too sparkly)
-Bailey
-Boom
-Bristol
-Giggle (too sparkly)
-Glory (so pretty! but too sparkly - Fusion/Doubloons look almost the same without all the sparkles)
-Linen (so pretty but didn't show up on me)
-Restless
-Nekkid
-Model (o.k. but I liked Propinquity better)
-U R Cute (too shimmery)
-Friday (very brightening! I love this shade but it's just too shimmery, would love the same light grey/pink/gold shade in a pearl/sheen finish without all the shimmers falling over my face

Shades I LOVE!
-Adorn (fun peach w/purple sheen)
-Blessings (gorgeous!)
-Cutie Pie (matte w/a soft pink sheen, pretty)
-Fire (a little shimmery but I adore this eyeshadow even thinking of a back-up! just glows over the stick-em primer!)
-Doubloons (to me Fusion has the same base but Doubloons has the pink/gold soft shimmer to it. Glory was like a super shimmery glittery version)
-Earth (pretty - does have a soft muted like shimmer)
-Latent
-Propinquity (pretty mauveish shade w/beautiful gold sheen)

I'd love to know if there are any other pearly/sheen eyeshadows without a lot of shimmer or glitters. Eyeshadows on my wishlist right now that I'm curious about are:
-Alibi
-Brimstone
-Danny
-Dark Arts
-First Kiss
-Focus
-Miss You
-Teacher's Pet
-Rizzo

They all have a good finish for me, they only have teeny tiny shimmers, so just perfect, very pretty! I LOVE Dark Arts!
