I am currently in China (the mainland) and running seriously low on my SN skin care products.
My friend tried to place an order for me this week. But Paypal keeps routing her back to the SN site when she attempts to submit the order. She has been here ten years, and the credit card address matches the shipping address.
I am biting my nails AND I missed Hey Baby

I am aware of the Great Firewall, but that shouldn't be a problem if I can interact with the site and the forum...or am I wrong?

Does anyone out there have experience with this? (I have checked with SN Customer Service, but am wondering if other customers from mainland China are hiving similar issues.)

If I cannot have my SN products I am out of here!

I got the email and DH and I have been trying to figure it out...it may take a little doing, but we'll figure something out.

I did respond to the other email that your friend sent- and have my fingers crossed that it might maybe kinda sorta work???

FOLLOW UP:

I believe I have finally managed to surmount the Great Firewall. So here is what I did in case the information might be useful to anyone else.

1. I obtained a proxy server called Astril (Google it), which on its own did not work, but might have been a factor. It is worth having in any case, as the Chinese internet is extremely (bafflingly) prohibitive.

2. When I checked out and was taken to the page between the SN site and the Paypal page (where you are told to click the "checkout button" if you are not directed to Paypal within five seconds) I clicked on the checkout button immediately--sounds like nothing, but I think it matters. When I waited to be routed to Paypal I landed on the Chinese version, which would not allow the order despite the proxy; it simply kicked me back to the SN site. It really got on my nerves

May none of you EVER have to go through this!

Needless to say, I broke the bank on this order. And Spring is on the horizon
