I think they're talking about the free eyeshadow with a $30 order not the GWP.

I'd love to get a balm too. I have more eyeshadow than I really need but I go through lip balms like they're going out of style. And I always wear one as a base under a lippie.

Even being able to request a blush or powder sample would be nice too — since those are less than the $4 eyeshadows.
