I just bought For Audrey nail polish yesterday. Now I am thinking I need 5th Ave, because I just realized the connection. I normally don't even wear blue eyeshadow. Hmmmm...... :geek:

ho geeeez Cupcake!! you have such an eloquent way with words, you've convinced me to get the rest of Thea's collection!! I got only Romp and I love the texture. you are completely right that it is the perfect balance of pearl and shimmer.
I also got Go and 5th Ave as samples so that gives me a chance to try them out tomorrow :)
Rollick was already on my list, but I didn't get it last order because I thought I already have farrr too many purples....but I guess one more won't hurt!

I received my 5th Ave. Great color. It looks a cross between green and blue. I have never been a green person (I look bruised and sickly with green ES), but I wanted to try 5th ave as it looks more blue.
When I tried it on, I still find the "greenness" too much for me. Any tips - what to match it with, or tone down the green, to make it wearable for me?
I can't take peach tones too - colors like cashmere or bargain pink are wasted on me.
Thks!

Perhaps you could try wearing 5th Ave on just a small area, maybe just around your tear duct or inner corner, for a pop of color. You might also try pairing it with blues to bring out the blue tones in it.

I wore it on the inner 1/3 yesterday with a taupe on the outer 2/3 (earth might achieve a similar effect?) and it looked really good, but then I am the opposite of you and love greens but can't do blues! Maybe just a little with something else though would help.

Can you do purple? Wonder how it would look with Bewitched? I wear Poly with Bewitched a lot, and yes, it's a bold eye, but it looks really good! So I wonder if doing something similar with it and 5th Ave would work? Maybe something like 5th Ave on the inner 1/3rd with Bewitched on the outer 2/3 and in the crease...and a light brightener like Whipped Cream on the inner corner? I think it would look good in the same way with a chocolatey brown like Bittersweet too!

5th Ave works beautifully with Earth. I also find that on me, 5th Ave is more blue than green.
