I soooo wish I could wear it, if it were just a *bit* lighter... it is a gorgeous colour though, lol.

Aww it does look so yummy but anything with too much brown in really looks terrible on me, even rhapsody that's just a little bit on the browny side looked bad :( sultry it is!

Funnily enough, I was just having that same thought...
I placed my order this morning and it shipped this afternoon. I HAVE no self control. Too bad Monday is a holiday, won't be here until Tuesday!!

Likewise, I couldn't even wear Breathless, gorgeous as it is. Sultry is calling to me! Then again, the chorus of things calling to me is deafening! :D

I wouldn't call it browny... I can't wear anything with too much brown (eg. nectar, birthday suit etc.) and it is the right colour family for me... kind of a darker shimmery figleaf with a bit more red? (If that makes sense)

I just got my package and tried on Raisin and FELL in LOVE!!! GORGEOUS!!!!! Your description was right on. It isn't brown on me, it is just like a RAISIN. It is what I was hoping FigLeaf would be (I do like figleaf, but on me it is more purple/brown). Raisin seems to be a mix of red and plum. This is so the color I've been looking for w/o realizing what I was looking for. I think you could get away w/ this as your red lippie. I am all about natural, this is bold, but still manages not to overwhelm me.

I haven't tried Sultry on yet. Also got a sample of XXX, love when I get lippie samples.

---I have tried on Sultry and LOVE it too. I still think Raisin is better on me, but that could be b/c of what I have on. Sultry is much more wearable on me than Hot Blooded. I am starting to think dark colors look better on my medium pigmented lips. I can hear more of the lipsticks calling my name!!!!

Would you call Raisin the darker, more pigmented version of Figment? I thought I couldn't wear plum, but Figment looks really nice on. Sweet Nothing didn't work for me, and the original of Nectar used to be my (pretty much only) lipstick in the 90s, but not so much any more, a bit too browny. I got a sample of Fig Leaf the other day, and it looks like something I could wear, but now I'm curious about Raisin...

I can wear Nectar, but Figleaf is a bit too brown on me. So I'm wondering about Raisin. I think I want it....

No, figment is more pinky, raisin is more red/berry based.
It's kind of funny that I can't wear raisin, and yet I am enabling all these people to buy it  I do love the colour though, so I can live vicariously through you all wearing it. It is nothing like sweet nothing (which I don't know how to describe, swatched it looks like I shouldn't be able to wear it, but because it is sheer it works really well with my lip colour).

Egerandii,
This is more of a dark plum, like the skin on a plum or a blackberry mixed w/ red. It really is the color of raisins. Who would have thought of a raisin as pretty. If I remember, you can wear reds, so this might work for you. It is kind of a twist on red.

Rhys,
Nectar looks way better on me than Figleaf, so I bet it would work for you. Is it you that loves Sultry? If so I can see why!!

Lily,
Thanks for causing my addiction to grow. I tried XXX and laughed so hard. If I ever want to leave work early or get out of a family function, I just need to pop this on. I look like DEATH!! It is perfect to block your natural lip color. I am going to pop it back on and ask my husband what he thinks of my new lip color and throw in how pretty I think I look!! LOL!!
