The perfecting glows (Crystal, the pink one, and Splendid, the white/beigey one) are more translucent. I could actually use Cherub as a blush (but I'm pretty pale).

I think Splendid is what you're looking for - it's in the Perfecting Powders section, or whatever that's called these days.

Yeah, Crystal is nearly translucent (kind of like Date Bait or something like that, only shimmery) but Cherub is definitely pigmented - it was too dark on me even as a blush.

Here's the link to Splendid: http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/produc ... cts_id=550

And the sample: http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/produc ... cts_id=556

I don't have a camera, but I don't think a swatch would really show up, anyway.

This product is really ultra shimmer and quite opaque, kind of like an *ahem* champagne coloured shimmer eyeshadow. I can swatch at some point, but am very slow at getting pics up, so someone else should prob. do it. I have splendid, and they are very different, you would never use this product for your whole face, just as a shimmer highlighter on cheekbones, browbone etc.

In fact, I was wearing it today :)

The description of Splendid sounds more pearl beige to me... pearly finish.

Karen I'll take Spumante or Prosecco they both work well in a Bellini! I will try a sample of these with my next (becoming a weekly habit) order.

I am wearing this product today! I would love it if you could dupe this particular product... it's my absolute fave/HG item!

I still have an unopened f/s jar and can send you a sample if you want Karen. It's hard to describe but this particular product is really awesome! This product could never be used on the entire face... I pat it on my inner lid and over my e/s, just to make it pop and add that shimmer to brighten my eyes. :D

My initial thought was if Karen could dupe "spumante" and "damp silica" that would be fabulous! However, after wearing some of her products I think she would be able to make something like those 2 products but that would far surpass them. "damp silica" is a yellow-er based sparkle and "spumante" is pink based sparkle. I use both as eye highlights & like "spumante" on my decolletage for a dressed up evening out.

I hope I'm reading correctly on what "spumante" is... if so, I think one of Karen's e/s Crush (http://www.silknaturals.com/creb/produc ... cts_id=673) seems very close to "spumante" in terms of the shimmers although Crush's shimmers didn't really show on the SN swatch. In terms of color, Crush is a lighter pink (& slightly frosty), sheerer and has none of the beige. I actually like Crush better :)

:!: Is it appropriate to do this? If not, please delete this post! thanks!

Comparison done under fluorescent light at 1am. This photo was just taken with flash using mobile phone. The one on the bottom is Crush.

I agree with your assessment...... ;) Chills is really close, too.
