I haven't worn a shadow that wasn't a neutral in I don't know how long, and I wore Pretty last night to a holiday party. It works well with Spangle, I think! I felt nice to have a bit of color on my eyes!

Oooooh, what color is L'Chaim? (Blue? White? Gold? Silver?)
In case anybody's wondering, L'Chaim = To Life! It's usually said as a toast.

In a word..yes. I had the song from Fiddler on the Roof through my head while I was making it- so it's kind of a jovial color. There are eight different pigments in it (for 8 crazy nights)- gold for the gelt, another gold that always reminds me of candle light, blue from the decorations, a golden-brown for the latkes, a green for the olive oil, and quite a bit of shimmery white because Hanukkah is all about light. Put that all in a blender and you have L'Chaim!

I definitely have to place a few orders for some jars of the Ultimate Luxury Treatment Powder (my new love, applied with my lovely powder puff, it just feels so very luxurious and feminine, doing that at night somehow) just to get a few L'Chaims. It sounds lovely from your description!

Pretty is beautiful. Now it sounds like I need to place another order. I really need to sign up for the adventure club too.

I love hearing about your inspirations for some of the colours - it's beautiful to be able to appreciate the thoughts behind the colour, as opposed to just appreciating the visual aspect of it.
That made a lot more sense in my head

Hmmm...I tried mixing a concealer using the heavy coverage, and I'm so fair that I ran out of my heavy coverage sample...since I want to use it as concealer, I don't want to dilute the coverage of it (I ran out of medium and threw in some vegan formula since it is between original and medium).
I think that might be a justification for making an order this week....

I'm also liking the green tea and aloe serum enough that I think I want a full size....
L'Chaim, here I come!

Anyone have a swatch of L'Chaim yet?
