You will also be somewhere in the Warm Gold, Ebony, and possibly Buttery Gold range depending on how yellow you are. I would try Warm Gold and Buttery on their own at about a 1:10 for starters. If they run too orange/yellow, you might need to add some Ebony plus white in the mix which will add more brown.

hi jen
i just mixed up 1 scoop ebony half scoop warm gold and 9 ivory and shook it. then i compared my fairly light to it, and this sn mix looks too neutral. like maybe not enough warmth, i dont know. but anyway i will try the mix you gave me and one other pesons fairly light beige edm mix. i have 3 different ones! hahah I was wondering about the mixing though i shook for ages, but when i swatch with my finger i till see a little of the deeper color that didnt mix in.. is there a trick to mixing it well?

Once you get close to the right mix (and you do have to try it out with a proper brush....it will look lighter in the jar than other foundations, usually) some mix in a snack sized baggy. Also, some amount of mixing will happen when you swirl your brush, too. It also takes about a half hour to "meld' with your skin, and it can sometimes darken a bit if your skin is on the oily side. If it ends up being the foundation for you, there are other ways to blend......I have a makeup dedicated cup and blade for a countertop blender (like a magic bullet) and I mix foundation for my MIL, sis, a few friends...... no sense in jumping that far ahead unless it works out for you.

ah i see yes it is hard to mix it properly. Ok. Well i mixed up your suggestion which was 10 parts ivory and i warm gold, and it def looks too yellow compared with edm in the jar. not done skin yet.
I am also an ok match for meows frisky siamese on face.

Frisky Siamese makes me think Ebony might be a better match...1Ebony:7Ivory

hi jen. so i did the 3 mixes i found for fairly light, and i think your 2nd guess is more right because the others look dark or too yello.. but the one i like looks great on my forehead.

10 parts ivory and i warm gold is in the middle swatch on cheek.. def too yellow. the one near my ear is the one you just suggested but it was 9 ivory.. 1 ebony.. looked light at first, but put it all over forehead here and looks good right? the lower swatch is the same but with 1/2 of warm gold in too but looks a little dirty to me.

but even though it is a 1/2 more color looks alot darker.. i think i do have tiny bit more yellow in my skin but i think it looks fine on my forehead. will wear full face tomorrow and see.
