day 2 = successful

day 2 was much harder than day 1. but thanks to sugar-free gum and a day off from school (and stress), I managed.

I hear that the first three days are the hardest. I'll find out tomorrow whether that's true.

Big hugs!!! That's incredible!!!! Every hour is a major victory...what you're doing isn't easy, but it's so worth it!

At this point, no matter how bad things get, having even a few drags will make you feel soooo much worse, not better. Congratulations- it's a major milestone!

day 4 was about the same as day 3... but both of those were easier than day 2. Woo!
