Karen is definitely getting this fixed. Hopefully very soon.

However, Sam's temporary solution is quite brilliant. It may be a bit on the inconvenient side for the time being, but it will work until the permanent solution is in place. Nice job, Sam! ;)

Thank you so much for the instructions Sam! I showed that to my husband this morning- and said "see what these poor women have to do"- and great guy that he is- he fixed it. He even fixed the older reviews- so they're all first name last initial!

Aww...I actually used the last names to guage ethnicity from the reviews to see what would work for me...(but i know that doesn't always work ;))

Maybe above the review box you can suggest some things to note like ethnicity, skintone, eye shape, face shape, etc. so the reviews can be as helpful as possible :)

Oh, that would be awesome, can you please? It helps a lot to know what colors work on who. I could come browse this board and ask in the color thread, but it would be so much easier to know that the person raving about a certain shadow or lippie happens to be my complexion. A la makeupalley.com :)
