Re: foundation
Hi and welcome!
We do have many customers of Chinese heritage. Usually, they fall in the Buttery Gold, or Warm Gold category. The yellow I see in your skintone is slight, so I am leaning more to Warm Gold, but Buttery still might be better. You did take a great pic for me to view colors, but sometimes pictures don't show everything.
I am guessing you need to be in the 1 color:9-11 Ivory range. I would start at a 1:8 and add more Ivory if it is too dark. We do have a few Chinese customers who add small amounts of Ebony plus a little more Ivory to get a match. I recommend starting with a single color base for ease of mixing.
For a lippie, I have to recommend Maiden for sure. For blush I recommend either Climax (for fair to light skin which is you!) or Satisfied (for light to darker skin). You could actually wear either of the two. The Satisfied will go a long way for you, where you will have an easier time applying the Climax. I also think you need to try our Tempt Tryst finishing powder.
Eyeshadow is a hard one to narrow down. Without knowing if you like simple looks, or something more bold, it is difficult for me to narrow this category down. Do you like matte or shimmer shadows? Do you like neutral or brighter colors?

Re: foundation
hi jen,
thanks for your reply and recommendations
so by starting with this ratio 1:9, means for the colour i should use 1 scope of warm gold? another person actually suggested this formula, half warm gold, half buttery yellow and a bit of ebony.what do u think of this combination?
i have purchased a sample of Climax blush too but yet to try..i think it might turn out nice..
for eye shadow,i do not have any personal preference, but given a choice,i prefer shimmer type more.

Re: foundation
It does sound like what the person recommended would work. But it is kind of complicated for starters.
I usually recommend starting with a more simple recipe so it is easier to duplicate. If you mixed up Warm Gold (yes, one scoop Warm Gold to 9 or so scoops Ivory) and it was close but missing yellow, you might try a similar mix of Buttery Gold next. Then if that one was too yellow, you would start adding Ebony, or blend the two mixes you have. I don't think Olive will be for you as it has no golden component and you definitely have a golden undertone.
If you really wanted to try their recommendation, I would blend a scoop of Warm Gold, a scoop of Buttery Gold, and a scoop of Ebony and mix that up. Then take a scoop of the previous color mix and add it to about 8 Ivory. Does that make sense? It is just premixing the color base and only using one sccop of it.
I think a great place to start for shimmer eyeshadows are Purr and Idolize. Purr is the highlight/inner lid color, and Idolize for lid/outer lid and adding emphasis.

Re: foundation
It is hard for me to know what to add without seeing how what you have looks. If it needs more yellow, you need to mix with all Buttery Gold. If your mix with Warm Gold was just too light, you can try adding a little (less than a scoop) more of Warm Gold to that mix. It may also be that you just need to add some Ebony.
Also, you should not judge the color until it has a chance to blend with the oils in your skin. A good match will look slightly pale going on, but will blend to match your skin in around an hour, unless you have dry skin.
Your goal is to find the right color depth, so you can see what your foundation needs to match your skin. Warm Gold will add more gold/peach. Buttery will add more golden/yellow. Ebony for you will add mostly brown with a touch of pink. Olive will add more brown with a touch of green.
