I wonder which of these three would look good on me for a one color wash. I don't want to highlight, the skin around under-my brow is naturally highlighted because it is much lighter than the rest. Nekkid is great for me for a wash, not too tan, not too light. Sandy far too lmight, turns chalky.
Can I use any of these without them turning too light? They are quite light no? I have olive skin, pure olive, no other undertone, medium skin I'd say. Anyone tried any of these as a wash color and could post a pic? That would be helpful! I still don't know what lid colors are best for me. Thanks.

Re: Boom, Rivieira, Sandstone for a wash
A girl after my own heart
I am soooooo lazy with everyday makeup application that most times I just wear a simple wash of 1 colour on my lid/up to the crease.
I would say that I have medium skin tone with a fair bit of olive, and I also have the same issues with Sandy (although it's a beautiful colour it just isn't for me
); I am not familiar with Rivieira but have both Boom & Sandstone, and I use both very regularly. In fact my absolute favourite 'wash' shades are Boom, Sandstone, Purr & Whisper
.
Sandstone is much more peachy toned (in good way), whereas Boom is a more neutral coloured shade with a touch more sheen. Purr is more golden, and Whisper is what I was hoping Sandy would be like - a little bit of a pinky beige, but IMO Whisper has just the right depth of colour (whereas Sandy was waaaaaaay too light).
Sorry to confuse the issue with more colours for your shopping basket but it seems like you like the same kind of shades as me, so thought you'd appreciate the recommendations

kitten,
I hate to admit it but just like you i am just lazy when it comes to make-up
!
I love your color choices, i pretty much love the same colors, and I guess the same colors can work for us, as we both have medium/olive skin.
So thanks a lot for your suggestions! You know girl, you really made me wanna purchase Whisper now, looks like a lovely color, was just afraid it might be too light or too big shimmer, but now realy wanna try it!
I have Purr also, very nice color, but I have a slight prefernece for less golden, more peachy:pink colors, I love Nekkid and also Creamsicle which I am wearing now
.

Creamsicle & Sandstone are fairly similar actually; Whisper does look like it's going to be quite shimmery/light in the jar but once it's on it's absolutely beautiful........you should get it!!!
