How to Wear Cruise?

Post by chaye » Fri Jun 05, 2009 7:36 pm

I bought Cruise last week and couldn't get it to make it work for me. I wear it on my crease then smudge some out. However, it just made my eyes look tired.

How do you ladies wear it? I would love to hear from you. Appreciate pics too.

I don’t have Cruise, but I have other similar colors. I often find they work best for me as a lid or liner color. Sometimes it also depends on how the tone of the color works against your skin. If the color is off tone you can usually get away with it if you pair it with other shadows that work with your skin and eyes. An example for me would be Red Hot if I wear it alone I look like I’ve been crying but if I wear a nice chocolate brown on the lid it looks great as a crease color.

I have cruise and Bon voyage. I havent really experimented with it a lot. I wear cruise on crease, bon vayage as liner, pink twink as all over. I need a little purple to balance things out, so I guess pink Twink does that for me. And I need a primer underneath, or the colors dont look as vibrant.
