I'm debating on this one. Here's the what: Vintage is a great (wonderful, fantastic, love it!) colour on me. I got Sugar Plum, and while it's generically nice, it's practically invisible on me for some reason - it's pretty close to a MLBB with a little shine for me (my other close-to MLBB colour is Seedy).
Where does Fig Leaf fall in the range of colour and pigmentation with the other wine/plum colour lippies?
Fig Leaf?
Re: Fig Leaf?
Fig Leaf is redder than Sugar Plum from what I recall but not as pink as Vintage. I don't have Fig Leaf in front of me but I did have it at one point and that's the best I can recall. Hopefully somebody more *ahem* responsible with their belongings will still have all three to compare (or maybe even swatch) but I am way to disorganized to provide that service...

Re: Fig Leaf?
I don't have Sugar Plum (it was on my wish list but it seems to be gone from the site for now, I guess I'll just have to wait!), but I have Vintage & Fig Leaf.
This is the best swatch I could come up with (I'm no Jen!) , for some weird reason I'm much more satisfied of this one (with flash) than of all the ones I tried to take in daylight...

Fig Leaf / Vintage
Hope this helps...

Re: Fig Leaf?
Ok, finally got a decent daylight snap (in my opinion
)

I'm sorry it's way to big, I don't have time for more tries...

Re: Fig Leaf?
Rhys-
Have you ever had Birthday Suit? Fig Leaf is a plummier version of Birthday Suit. It is a little better suited to those who think Birthday Suit is too brown, and Nectar is too warm. It will be less blue than Seedy, but kind of along that level of pigmentation.

Re: Fig Leaf?
Thank you Anne for the pix! And Jen, thanks so much for the description - I've got Birthday Suit, so I've an idea how it'll look.
Much appreciated - both of you!

Re: Fig Leaf?
Rhys,
I love love love fig leaf. I haven't worn it much since it's gotten sunnier as this seems (to me) anyway an autumn lippie. But its great paired with hint, lavender and thistle.
I would defiantly recommened this to anyone who loves plums/purples.
