I actually thought that I had the corner on "ghost" legs, so count me in. I would love a good self tanner, rarely use one now becuase like Karen they all turn orange on me, and believe me rusty orange legs are actually worse than pale white ones. It would be great if the product could be used on both face and body.

Well it sounds like I'd better get busy! Face & body safe sounds sorta like the way to go...but I have a question for the girls who already do use it on their face. When do you use it? Are you using it during the day like a moisturizer or are you putting it on at night and letting it work it's magic? I generally use it at night because it seems like if your face got darker during the day that your makeup would look strange at the end of it.

I'm thinking a very simple, light moisturizer formula- but with the self tanner stuff added. Normally on my face I like a few fancy actives, but it seems a bit extravagant to go putting something like Syn-coll on my legs.

I'll play around with some things and we'll go from there!

I apply it to my face at night about half an hour before bed to let whatever residue is left on my skin soak in so I don't make a mess of my pillowcase. I use self tanner for exactly that - sunless tanning - and wouldn't expect anything other than a basic lotion or whatever, no fancy added extras required - just a vehicle to get the tanning ingredient to my skin.

Add me to the "pasty legs in need of a good tan" list! I HATE all the chemicals in the drugstore self tanners, and would love a more natural version. I never use it on my face (that's what bronzer's for, right?), but it always goes on my legs, stomach, and back

I use the designer brands. They're the only ones that give me good results.

Designer Skin
Australian Gold

are the best ones.

I use them for both body and face.

For body I use Designer Skin "Tinted Love" for gradual or Australian Gold "Funky Monkey" for a tanning "emergency" and for face I use Victoria's Secret Bare Bronze in the Medium/Dark shade.

If you were able to do better than Victoria's Secret for face, I'd buy yours. I like my body products but if you can do as well for cheaper, I'd switch.

Count me in the pasty white legs team. I don't usually use self tanners as I haven't managed to get any to look natural, not orange and not streaky. Plus, I can't stand the smell. So I'd be willing to give an alternative a chance.

my legs are so white they glow(seriously!!!) while my arms and chest tan a little and my face freckles. (go figure). Personally I don't really care so much about the chemicals, but it's the gross smell and the streakiness that keeps me away from self-tanners. If you could make one that smells good and looks relatively natural...I'd buy a case(a small one...LOL)
