So, I got my harmony sample kit. I'm not sure if I will like this or not because the coverage is not quite enough for me. How does the medium coverage compare to the original coverage? Is the finish different ( more matte or "sparkly" ?) What makes it different and can anyone compare it to EM formulations?

The finish on the Medium is not matte like EDM's matte. IMO theirs can be a little chalky. It is alot like our Original with more coverage. To increase coverage in a powder foundation, you generally add ingredients that are more matte looking. If you want a little sparkle to it, you might want a sample of the Glow base.

Thanks, Jen. You have been so helpful. I think I will order a sample of the medium ivory and see if it works. I like a matte look, but not chalky matte as I found with EM intensive. I have really oily skin, so I don't like anything too "glowy" because I am "glowy" enough already with oil! LOL!
