This look is so cute!! She doesn't use SN but I'm sure you ladies can help me figure out which SN colors to use to create this look :)

Hmmm, I think the pink that would be closest is the just discontinued Petunia. For black I would use coal, and for silver either Storm Cloud or Carbon (darker). Good luck!
