i mean, are they up to date in responding emails now? i recall they have a backlog in sending replies... i've sent emails i havent received any reply til now...

As far as I know everything is currently working fine. Some answers are simple and generally responded to within one or two business days. If the questions are a little more complex, they will take a little more time.
