Cream Concealers

I have very dark circles under my eyes and the Sleep in a Jar just doesn't seem to do it for me. I ordered a sample of the light peach concealer and am very anxious to see how it works. I would love any advise on application for more coverage. I also think I saw that there are cream concealers coming. How is that going?

I usually apply my Light Peach over a lotion type eye cream. If you don't have issue with dryness, you should not need to do what I do, but I find it stays on better. Otherwise, just sweep under your eyes with a soft brush. You could also try adding with the wet method. I have not tried that one, but if I did, I would probably spritz my brush, put some concelaer in my swirly bowl and blend it up, and then apply.

Yes, there are cream concelaers in the works. It is quite complicated to formulate non-powder items. They are just harder to make and they require testing before they can be sold. I can't really even give a timeframe on them due to the nature of making them. It could be two weeks or many months.

Hi! One thing that I've tried (with some success) to mimic a cream concealer is to mix the powder with an eye lotion -- more powder for more coverage, less powder for less coverage. And then tap, tap, tap! to apply. If there is a lot of powder, it will take more blending, but then the coverage is heavier and the finish is less "powdery." Then, I'll apply foundation and blend out the edges. Of course, results vary depending upon your skintone relative to the actual powder, the kind of eyecream you use, but I've done this with a few different brands of eyecreams and under-eye concealing powders (including SIAJ) and I like the results. HTH!
