Lol! You sound just the way I felt when I read the post. Ok, actually I felt a mix of that excited bounciness and the petulance of a child who wants her candy NOW! =P

It looks like an amazing new collection. I'm so envious that you got to be a tester! Why oh why didn't I find Silk Naturals sooner?

You're here *now* ~ just in time! SN is a *young company*, after all!

I'm actually a bit relieved that Karen will do the launch in stages ~ can you imagine the poor woman with the avalanche of huge orders? We *know* (hope,LOL!) that Karen will do something that surprises/delights us/makes absolute good sense with each phase of the launch. Of course she will! Of course she will!

She won't "just" release blushes 1st,LOL...because after all, we can only *wear* one at a time & that wouldn't be enough excitement,ROFL!

:D Waiting to be delighted,hehe :D

Hmmm..wonder what the other things will be? I LOVE the creamy "undereye" concealer as a general concealer...I stipple it with my finger along the jawline where the sun-damage blotches are. I do it over my foundation as the last step before spritzing & it blends those dark spots in really well for me. Decidedly not a fan of powder concealers of any kind probably due to my age, lol, so this solid-type I really do like. I don't necessarily need it under my eyes but love it as general concealer so I hope it makes it into the line! Whoever would have guessed that freckles would someday be blotches? :o And *why* in the world is sun-damage most apparent around the perimeter of the face? That makes no sense to me, sigh!

Mikie,
I have some sundamage, too, and I have a few spots on the perimiter and one right in the middle of my cheek. I never thought to use the undereye concealer tester on those spots (I sometimes don't get past the suggestion on the label!) I'm going to try that concealer elsewhere this weekend. I definitely like it for undereye as long as I put some powder over the top. I think it will work well for me.

I feel so left out - I didn't get to test anything!

But it sounds like there's going to be some really great stuff soon :D

the undereye concealer didn't blend well enough for me at the coverage level i need for my circles. I told her i'd love a powder version of the color so i can just layer it on. lol. It is good for covering blemishes though!Maybe it should just be called "Problem areas concealer". haha

i have dark dark dark circles and the darkest point is the inner corners of my eyes on either side of the bridge of my nose- i usually conceal with edm sunlight though lately i've been using a concealer blush and layering my dw foundation over my dark spots. the concealer also doesn't work in conjunction with my dw foundation as a powder concealer over it (changes the color of my ftd which is so not the concealers' fault but my fdt was custom made to be a perfect match to my skin so i tend to take sides and it wins over the concealer lol)

My sun damage is *dark* angry-looking red-brown...*splotches*...just awful! I'm not big on concealing & never have been ~ but those splotches are noticeably darker than my skin. I don't care for powder concealers & truthfully I'm too lazy for layers & whatnot. The stippling on with my fingertip is working wonderfully to blend those areas in. I was really excited after the 1st time I tried it & emailed Karen, LOL! Wanted to shout it from the rooftops! I'll be clamoring for its introduction ~ & yes, Jen, I think it ought to be all-purpose concealer. Tried it as e/s base also..just because I am ALWAYS experimenting ~ I am very dry ~ S/N shadows don't budge on me or fade or crease, so I had no business trying it as a base, ROFL, since I never *use* a base ~ but a gal's GOT to play,LOL!
