Hello I am new to this forum and product. Since going thru chemo and being put into menopause my once oily skin is now dry and painful. What products would be good for me? I have no idea how to deal with dry dehydrated skin HELP
Thanks

I would start simple. Try adding one thing at a time and take it slow. Also, stay away from complex actives for a bit.
A serum would be first on my list. Do you have a current moisturizer that you know does not make your skin reactive? For Serums, look at the most simple ones like Green Tea & Aloe, or Oatmeal, or Botanical Hydrating Serum. Then put your moisturizer over the top of it.
What do you use to cleanse? Consider trying Apricot Cleansing Oil at a later time, maybe in a few weeks?

Thank you! I was going to try the Apricot Oil. I'm currently using an oil to cleanse. I will order a couple of samples of those items you recommend.
